The use of any instruments, samples, or audio content provided by Triple A Audio (AAA Audio CJSC), whether as standalone elements or incorporated within musical compositions, for the purpose of training, enhancing, or improving artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, or models (“AI Systems”) is expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies retroactively and extends to past, present, and future uses.
This includes activities related to machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, data mining, or any other operations associated with music AI technology.
Furthermore, this licensing agreement strictly prohibits users from selling, licensing, or otherwise distributing music containing our instruments or samples if the distribution is intended for AI System training, whether directly or indirectly.
Any breach of this clause will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and Triple A Audio (AAA Audio CJSC) reserves the right to enforce all legal remedies available under these Terms and applicable law.
